Drinking On My Bed

I'm drinking on my bed 'til late, just longing for relief
I'm drinking 'til I'm high, escaping from my grief
Staring in my glass I see you lay down in the grass the eyes still closed
Then you're back to shade I'll put you where the eyes wide open like a ghost
Dreadful creatures try to break my heart and try to make me mad
Make me lose my mind, the aches are much to bear

I don't know how long I'm here, I'm not aware of time
Hide away my face, I'm whispering your name
Trying to forget whatever that we ever loved, we even met
Trying not to think about your knocking on the door of your sick mind
So don't knock on my door, I won't be coming
Don't weep over me, my new sorrow's no pain
