Crazy Horses is een aanklacht tegen de milieuvervuiling die door auto's wordt veroorzaakt. Op de singlehoes is o.a. een opeenstapeling van autowrakken te zien met een ongezonde gifwolk die op de achtergrond ontstaat en zich naar de voorgrond aan het verplaatsen is, waarbij de titel Crazy Horses wordt gevormd uit donkere rookfragmenten. De blije gezichten van de vijf Osmonds vrolijken daarbij het plaatje derhalve nog wel wat op.
