"The Candy Man" (ook wel genoemd "The Candy Man Can") is een nummer dat oorspronkelijk geschreven is voor de film Willy Wonka & The Chocolate Factory uit 1971. Het werd door Leslie Bricusse en Anthony Newley geschreven speciaal voor de film. De tekst komt niet voor in het originele boek van Roald Dahl (Charlie en de chocoladefabriek). Voor andere nummers uit de film zijn wel originele (aangepaste) teksten gebruikt. Het werd gezongen door Aubrey Woods, die Bill de snoepwinkeleigenaar in de film speelt. Het lied is vooral bekend door Sammy Davis Jr.'s cover, die op het studioalbum 'Sammy Davis Jr Now' verscheen.
