Al in 2007 schreef Kylie Minogue het nummer Flower, maar het haalde destijds nooit haar tiende album X. Wel was het nummer onderdeel van de playlist van de KylieX2008 tournee. In 2011 werd het nummer opnieuw opgenomen in de Abbey Road Studios. Deze versie ging op 24 september 2012 in première. Kylie Minogue omschrijft het nummer als een liefdeslied aan het kind dat zij ooit wel of niet zal hebben. In de UK werd het nummer afgekeurd voor een notering in de hitparades, omdat het als gratis download beschikbaar werd gesteld aan een ieder die een pre-order plaatste voor het album.
