"Rock And Roll", ook wel bekend als "The Hey Song", is een lied uitgevoerd door de Britse glamrocker Gary Glitter dat werd uitgebracht in 1972 als single van het album Glitter. Het is geschreven door Gary Glitter en Mike Leander en is ingedeeld in twee delen: deel 1 is een gezongen stuk waarin nagedacht wordt over de geschiedenis van het genre, deel 2 is een grotendeels instrumentaal stuk. Beide delen waren populair in Groot-Brittannië en de single bereikte nummer 2 op de Britse charts. In concerten voegde Glitter beide stukken samen tot één stuk.
